AccessTUTOR wanted an industry-leading and dynamic eLearning platform for students to take tutor classes. The target was students studying for the HSC and College Admissions Exams.

The platform was developed with a focus on delivering an interactive and engaging learning experience for students and teachers alike, and the integration of features such as multimedia elements and assessment tools helped to achieve this goal.
Course Management
AccessTutor needed to be customizable, user-friendly and scalable with features like gamification, assessment tools and multimedia content. This required the development team to have expertise in eLearning tech and trends, and integrate these features into the platform.
Full Stack Web Development
One of the key solutions implemented in AccessTutor was a robust and scalable backend system, developed using a combination of technologies, including Python, Django, and a relational database management system (RDBMS). It was designed to be highly flexible and scalable, allowing the platform to be easily adapted to meet the changing needs of educational institutions and organizations.
Google Meet Integration
The client wanted to integrate the Google Meet API into AccessTutor to automate the process of scheduling and initiating, but Google did not allow for such integration with third-party platforms at that time.
So, our developers utilized the Google Meet API to retrieve information about scheduled calls, such as the time, date, and participants. It was then displayed in the dashboard, making it easier for the client to manage their video calls.
Optimizing for mobile
The development team utilized a responsive design approach, which ensured that the platform was optimized for use on a range of devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The front-end was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, with a clean and modern user interface that was easy to navigate.
Delivering high quality education to the masses
One of the key impacts of the AccessTutor project was an increase in student engagement and participation. The integration of multimedia elements, such as videos and audio, helped to create an interactive and engaging learning experience.
